My first!
It has been one year since I stepped into the speech and language therapy world... yet I feel like I have only just began. The demands of this course has stretched me beyond what I'd ever imagine. Ability to cope is, as we all know, contextually-defined. When I was in Singapore, I've felt pushed, prodded and drained at various times of my academic life and career - there's no doubt about that. But this course constantly and continously demands. Within this context, my ability to cope took various dips and dives. Thankfully, my beloved husband, family and course mates helped to keep me afloat. Buoyant will be the day when I graduate and hold that qualification to practise as a therapist. Certainly looking forward to that day!

Baby, I will always be by your side, throughout this course, and through our dance in this life.
